This piece is a strand necklace of 51cm long combining circle pearls and three yellow gold hand-made filigree plates. To add more glamour the strand is connected to a beautiful drop pearl as a pendant. Ideal to make a statement carrying 34 Australian South Sea Pearls and 12.1g of yellow gold with pride.
This design honours the sacred city of Cao of the Moche civilisation famous for the discovery of the Tomb of the Lady of Cao. The Lady of Cao was a regional monarch in the ancient Peru and this strand is inspired in the elegance, courage and leadership of women of the Moche civilisation. This beautiful masterpiece combines sustainably produced pearls by Willie Creek Pearls and yellow gold filigree handcrafted by skilled Peruvian artisans.
